Pronutro AfricaX group training well under way!

We have now been training for 3 weeks for the Pronutro AfricaX 3 days trail run. ( We have been progressively building our base, so now its rest week this week. There is still work to be done, but we just cut the mileage to allow the body to recover. Next week we begin with Phase 2, and this sees out mileage build up again, and we start to add in more back to back running. We do group specific strength, hill and tempo runs during the week and long off road runs on the weekends. You can also just join us for the off road runs even if you are not planning on following the program. Hope to see you soon!
