Recovery week for the beginner triathletes!

So, to end off the Week 3, we did our 2h30 ride on Sunday. Its was a welcome morning of no rain nor wind, which allowed us to ride the full required time. Congrats to all beginners that made the full time, all stating that it is the furthest they have ever ridden! I assured them they will keep saying that each week from now on 🙂

So now that we have completed week 3; its now the recovery week for the beginners. This week we will do our 5km time trial run, a 1km time trial swim, and a 40km time trial bike. Keep an eye out this week for the results!
