Strength sessions at full steam!

Week 3 almost done now, the routine is setting in as we really gave it horns at the strength session this morning! We looked like bees as we ran in a swarm on the sea board stopping briefly for push-ups, squats, burpees and all those torturous exercises to build strength. Its  a great session and all abilities can really get something from the session. We have just 5 weeks left of the strength session, and then we use this Friday morning session for our open water swimming. So that means just 5 weeks left of the warm indoor pool too!

Next session is the Sunday 2.5 hour cycle, see you there! Keep an eye on the site for the pics!
