Embark launches its 6 week Two Oceans PB program…

6 weeks of coached group training – starting on Wednesday 22nd February 2012

How the program will work:
• 3 facilitated and focused group training sessions per week with Embark
• A program each week outlining the week’s training and additional sessions to be completed by you on your own
• Varied and fun training sessions to maximize your progression
• Become part of a social group to train towards a common goal
• Achieve routine in your exercise schedule

The sessions will be emphasised on group training with the 2 Oceans Half Marathon goal in mind. We require that you are already running around 8-10kms or 3-4 times a week, doesn’t have to be fast, just able to run the distance. The program is designed to cater for beginners as well as intermediate runners.  Everyone in the group will get benefit from the group sessions.
Each Monday morning you will receive the program for the week ahead. If you can’t make the group sessions don’t worry, it will be outlined in the program so that you can still do it and keep up with the program.
The 6 week program will cost R600, and you will be required to complete an exercise readiness form before commencing on the program.
