Beach running for strength

With the track being used by a production company tonight we decided to take the track to the beach! And boy was it a tough session! Beach running is a completely different work out to running on the road, so gave us a great strength work out. We kept the session as a pyramid, with decent recovery in between, but it was still very tough! In fact just the session we need before the JailBreak triathlon on Sunday! Good luck to all the Embark athletes. Its going to be great practice for Half Ironman 70.3!
