More strength at Signal Hill

Today the Embarker’s ran another tough hill climbing session. These session are very good for building strength in running. Its a tough uphill climb from Camps Bay, up the Glen, and sharp left at the top towards Signal Hill. The weather was amazing for running, and the shade offered by the trees along the way is very welcome. The tap at the top of Kloof Nek also offers a welcome break. Total running was 40 mins up and 30mins down, so not everyone got to the top of Signal Hill, but all the athletes got a good section of hill climbing and downhill running. Our next session is our big brick session on Sunday, check out the highlights on Sunday, its a 40km bike, 5kms run, 40kms bike, 5km run!!
